Reimbursements and Duplicates

Travel documents (tickets and season tickets) and properly issued personal travel cards are not liable to reimbursement.
None the less, the customer may send a written request for reimbursement, indicating the motives and attaching the travel document for which reimbursement is requested, to ATAF&LINEA at Viale dei Mille 115, 50131 Firenze. The request may also be delivered to the Sala Clienti ATAF.
The Company will examine the request and guarantees a reply to the customer within 30 days of having received it.

In case of theft or loss of the yearly season ticket the Company will issue a duplicate.
The request for a duplicate should be presented at the Sala Clienti ATAF together with the declaration of loss or theft, signed by the applicant and attaching a passport-size photograph. If the applicant produces a photocopy of the lost season ticket, it will be replaced at once at the cost of 4 Euros. In all other cases it will be issued within 5 working days of the customer’s request at the cost of 4 Euros.
Duplicates of tickets, monthly season tickets and personal travel documents are not issued.
